The process
A straightforward path from understanding the brand to handing over a commerce experience the business can use.
Project pace depends on content, catalogue complexity, integrations and feedback. A realistic schedule is set after discovery.
We learn the brand, catalogue, customer journey and the way orders are handled today.
We shape a clear storefront direction around the brand—not a generic theme handoff.
We implement the storefront and the agreed product, inventory and order workflows.
We test the experience, connect the agreed essentials and show you how to manage it.
Why ScrollStore
The goal is a branded commerce experience that works for the customer and remains practical behind the scenes.
Fashion, jewellery and tactile products need a different eye for imagery, variants and buying decisions.
The experience starts where Instagram visitors actually arrive: a phone-sized screen.
The customer-facing store and the tools behind it are designed as one connected system.
The visual direction and commerce flow are shaped around the brand and agreed project scope.
Strategy stays close to the actual design and build, with handover and support defined clearly.
Studio approach
ScrollStore keeps commerce direction, design, implementation and handover connected—so decisions stay close to the system being built.

Frequently asked
Yes. The management setup can let you add, edit, publish and unpublish products without changing site code. The exact controls are agreed around your catalogue and workflow.
Stock can be tracked by product or variant, including sizes where needed. How stock changes after an order depends on the checkout, payment and order-confirmation flow selected for the project.
Not necessarily. ScrollStore can build custom stores that do not use Shopify, so there is no Shopify platform subscription. Domain, hosting, payment gateway, messaging tools and other third-party services may still have their own costs.
Yes, where it suits the business. A store can hand a product or cart enquiry into WhatsApp with useful order context. It can also use a more structured checkout flow when that is the better fit.
Handover includes guidance for the agreed management tools. Any ongoing maintenance, new features or support arrangement is defined before launch so responsibilities stay clear.
Usually, yes. An existing domain can normally be connected when the required account access and DNS controls are available. We verify the setup before launch.
Timing depends on catalogue size, content readiness, integrations and feedback. After discovery, ScrollStore can provide a realistic project schedule rather than an unsupported blanket promise.
